At My Perfume Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your perfume bottle is unopened, still in its original cellophane wrapping, and has all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
Request a Return Label
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to generate a prepaid shipping label and receive your Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the item in its original box with plenty of protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, as glass bottles are fragile.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
